UrineFREE removes ALL urine
UrineFREE is an all-in-one product that works to remove all urine. All urine consists of urea, urochrome and uric acid crystals. Some general cleaners can remove the water soluble components of urine (urea and urochrome) but leave behind the non-soluble uric acid crystals that retain the stain and strong urine odour.
These crystals attach to surfaces and are very difficult to dislodge. Any humidity or dampness will trigger the dormant crystals bringing back the urine smell. UrineFREE’s bio-enzymatic formula “eats up’’ the uric acid crystals whilst removing the urea and urochrome components, eliminating both the urine stain AND the odour for good.
UrineFREE contains no harsh or hazardous ingredients, is safe to use around people and pets and is bio-degradable and environmentally friendly!
- Blot with paper towels to soak up excess urine.
- Saturate all urine-affected areas with UrineFREE. Do a colourfast test on a small area.
- Allow to air dry. The biological removal of the urine deposits takes place during this drying time.
- When dry, apply a small amount of water to the area and blot it up with a paper towel. It is important to remove the residue as it is sticky. Shampoo carpets and rugs only after using UrineFREE for removal of urine stains and odours.
NOTE: Never use cleaners, chemicals or deodorisers. These products tend to coat or encapsulate the uric acid crystals (the source of the odours) and make it difficult for UrineFREE to penetrate. If you have used these products, try to remove as much of the products as possible with water and a clean cloth. Blot and allow to dry and then apply UrineFREE.

- Saturate all stained areas with UrineFREE. Do a colourfast test on a small area.
- If the old urine has penetrated the underlay and sub-floor you need to pull back the carpet and treat those areas. If you can't pull back the carpet then you need to saturate the stain and bleed the urine to the surface and this may take several applications, time and enough product. NOTE: On the first application the stain may become darker and the odour greater as the urine reaches the surface. This is common. Repeated applications will see the stain become lighter and the odour eliminated.
- Allow to air dry. The biological removal of the urine deposits takes place during this time. This may be extended by the application of a non-porous cover such as plastic film for more effective results. Repeat entire process if necessary for particularly stubborn stains.
- When dry, apply a small amount of water to the area and blot it up with a paper towel. It is important to remove the residue as it is sticky.
